How to Request a Return

1. Email Request: If you wish to return an item, please send an email to hello@suplais.shop with the subject line "Return Request: [Your Order Number]". In the body of the email, please provide:

   • Your full name

   • Order number

   • Reason for the return

2. Approval & Instructions: Upon receipt of your return request, our team will review the details and get back to you within 2-3 business days. If your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back your item.

Return Policy Guidelines

• All return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the item.

• Items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all original packaging.

• Due to the nature of our recycled glass products, items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not eligible for returns.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Refunds

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
